Date submitted : Saturday 17th Jan 2009 By : Geordie When visited Kingston Communications Stadium : Whole season(s) Event : versus all PL teams Comments : Comments : I am a Hull ST holder ambulant. Also do all away matches. OAP tickets from age 60yrs not 65. Good disabled CP adjoins free with blue pass - with full stadium every game leaving can be delayed - suggest stay in extra 15mins and watch them warm down. Poor traffic management. Danny Pratt and stewards helpful. Very good pitch views. Usual expensive crap food and drink inside. Have our own numbered access / exit doors with a very small lift - too small. Good car access from M62 motorway. Recommended. (but I would say that anyway!!) Date submitted : Friday 6th Apr 2007 By : Canary on Wheels When visited Kingston Communications Stadium : April2007 Event : versus Norwich City Comments : Hard to add to any already here, really first class facilities, excellent sight lines and seemingly a great choice for home disabled fans. Extremely helpful stewards. We were in same area as rest of Canaries, but immediately in front of us was actually empty today, however I saw nothing that would stop an uninterrupted view even if the lower paddock was full. No problems parking in huge car park, not too far to push to the stadium and no more than usual delay to exit any car park after a match Excellent afternoon out. Date submitted : Wednesday 24th Nov 2004 By : mak? When visited Kingston Communications Stadium : ?february 2003 Event : versus Comments : Comments :It may be excellent for wheelchair users, for blind spectators the facilities and club attitude is totally opposite. I am a football fan and a rugby league fan as well, my experience in this situation left me with grave doubts on their attitude. Date submitted : Monday 27th Oct 2003 By : Gina Contratto When visited Kingston Communications Stadium : October 2003 Event : Lincoln Comments : Absolutely first class all the way.
Disabled have their own door to go through where a steward is sitting if you need help. Went up in the lift and into the disabled section where you sat with your helper next to you. Looking around the ground there seem to be disabled sections in just about every possible postion that you would want to sit. It's slightly elevated so the site-lines are perfect as well. The ground is just simply great and I recommend anyone to go and check it out.
