Actaully Norwich was voted the best atmosphere in the league at the Championship awards. Date submitted : Monday 5th Feb 2007 By : andy morecambe When visited Carrow Road : 3/2/07 Event : leeds utd Comments : not much to add to my comments from last season. There's a great riverside development of cafes and bars all with level access next to the station on the way up to the ground. Inside ground remains great, nice food (Delia??) took an hour to get away after because of traffic but still a 9/10 Date submitted : Friday 26th Jan 2007 By : Abbi and Hayley When visited Carrow Road : 25/3/02 Event : Crystal Palace Comments : We are both disabled and we found the facicities for us superb! Abbi is blind and I am deaf yet we both enjoyed the match! Thank you for providing a great day out for us! we'll definitely be coming back! the disabled facilities in 2002 weren't that good. but I have been to the ground since and they have improved. Date submitted : Monday 5th Sep 2005 By : andymorecambe When visited Carrow Road : august 2005 Event : leeds united Comments : Comments :Struggled a bit to find a parking spot due to late arrival, it's 6hrs drive from Morecambe!parked on yellow lines with blue badge.Plenty of pubs nearby in front of station on the river. Most seem away friendly. In ground access level after slight hill to ground.Great view in front of own fans next to the pitch, toilets clean and not far. A lot of congestion after game so maybe leave early, unlike us overall a 9 out of ten Date submitted : Saturday 13th Aug 2005 By : Norwich City FC When visited Carrow Road : all Event : versus Comments : Comments :
Any members who missed out on joining the Hat Trick Plan earlier in the year are still able to obtain tickets. These are subject to availability, but due to increased capacity in our newly opened facilities, there should be tickets available for most if not all of the home games.
Customers can obtain tickets by calling 0870 444 1902 and speaking to the Disabled Supporter Liaison Officer, Linzi Flatt.
Any ambulant disabled seats which are sold in the Norwich Union Community Stand are accessible via a lift situated next to Exit Gate 17.
Date submitted : Friday 12th Aug 2005 By : Adrian Mark Fuller When visited Carrow Road : 2005 Event : first home game Comments : Well at least now the disabled area is now finished but I must say that the place where I was sitting was a long way up considering that steps are not very easy for me. however I cant complain cos my ticket was given to me only the day before because I got confused on how tickets were allocated to disabled members which I feel needs to be explained abit more detail. Date submitted : Sunday 23rd Feb 2003 By : Richard Matthews When visited Carrow Road : Home Games Event : All Comments : Might seem biased, being a home supporter, but I will agree to the present situation of being closed off from the atmosphere.
We are about to embark on rebuilding the South Stand, which includes the disabled area. We sincerely hope that the club have listened to our comments, and give us an open area when we are re-located.
Watch this space. Date submitted : Friday 26th Jul 2002 By : Matthew Adoki-Ogwang When visited Carrow Road : 25/03/02 Event : Crystal Palace Comments : This is the worst disabled area because it is totally enclosed and it feels like you are watching it at home with the TV on a low volume. If you want to fall asleep during a football match come to this ground. I feel sorry for the season ticket holders that dont get to away games because they probably dont have an atmosphere.
