Wheel Art - at FC United of Manchester

OK it's not new and I first came across this in July 2003 at an Accrington Stanley v Blackpool friendly where this chap (pic bottom of page) was in the bar after the game. This was the first and last time I was to see this. Until this weekend.

We are again at Accrington Stanley to watch Nelson play FCUoM in a Moore and Co solicitors league two game. Alex an FC United of Manchester supporter gained a lot of attention around the ground and in the clubhouse from fans of all ages with many taking his photo which as you can see from the picture he was loving every minute of. Alex Father tells us his son is non plussed at seeing his picture on the web and would much rather view pictures of his favorite FC player Steve Torpey.

Father Les opted to use a company in the states SpokeGuard Art who produce better quality guards than he has had in the past from English companies. You have to send them a 300dpi picture and they will do the rest. Anyone thinking of doing the same, Just ask your club and I am sure they will supply the graphics.

SpokeGuard Art can be found on the web at www.spokeguardart.com

Alex father Les has given permission to use the picture and we also thank punkfootball.blogspot.com where it first appeared for supplying it.

Heres a picture of Anthony Pringle and fellow Gooner complete with club wheelguards
Arsenal

I am reliably informed by Anthony Pringle who does good work for AWADS updating the database.. That Ipswich Town Disabled Supporters all have the same guards with the club logo etc
